1 lb. Hamburger or Turkey Burger
Brown meat and add:
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1/2 Tsp. garlic salt
1 15 oz. red enchilada sauce
Simmer for 5 minutes then add:
1 Cup sliced olives
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup cottage cheese, or ricotta cheese
1 small can green chilies
Spray a 9X13 pan and layer tortilla chips, then meat mixture, then grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
